Becoming a Client

Making a decision that has enormous impact on your life is not easy. When it involves your future (and the future of loved ones, a business or a legacy), the stakes are even higher. The whole process can feel overwhelming.

We agree.

Deciding who to trust and what your best next steps are cannot be determined from a single interaction. Our advisory service model honors this truth. So, our process for becoming a client does too.

Review our process steps below to learn more. Then, if appropriate, schedule your Introductory Conversation using the link at the bottom of the page.

We look forward to speaking with you!

Introductory Conversation

Before committing your time or ours, this 10 to 15-minute virtual meeting will give us both a chance to make sure your situation matches our expertise. We want to learn more about what prompted you to reach out and get a general idea of your intentions and challenges. We'll share a little about our process too so that we can mutually agree whether to proceed to the next step in our process or not.

Your Best Next Plan™  Discovery

During this 60 to 90 minute discovery session, we will discuss in more detail what has come up in your life to cause you to reach out, get a clearer picture of your current situation, and clarify objectives.

This, in addition to the documents we have requested, will help guide our analysis.

Your Best Next Plan™ Presentation

We will apply over two decades of experience with thousands of hours of training, research and studying to give you issues arising, areas for deeper analysis and initial observations about your current situation, objectives and concerns. This is also when we provide a full picture of how we will work together, or if we determine that we are not a fit, we may provide resources and/or referrals.

Getting Started

We will transition you into the appropriate New Client Process and begin gathering any additional documents or information that we need to begin your service engagement.

We'll also make sure that we've addressed any additional questions that you may have at the time.
